Custom Homes
Our custom home builders design and build homes suited to your land, your family, and your budget, guiding you through construction permitting and every decision along the way.
A residential construction company serving Wartrace, TN and Middle Tennessee with honest craftsmanship and steady communication. We build custom homes, additions, and outdoor living spaces families count on for decades.
Heath Construction started as a family business, and that has never changed. We believe every build deserves the same care and honesty we’d want for our own family, whether we’re pouring a foundation for a new home or framing a small addition off the back of a farmhouse. We serve Wartrace, TN and the surrounding countryside with that same commitment to honest craftsmanship.
“For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God” (Hebrews 3:4). That verse guides how we approach every project we take on, from custom home construction to a simple deck build.
After 24 years working as a residential construction company in this part of Tennessee, we’ve learned that trust is built one honest conversation at a time. No hidden costs, no vague timelines, just clear expectations from the first walkthrough to the final walk-through.
Whether you’re breaking ground on a new home, adding space for a growing family, or building a workshop out back, Heath Construction has a service built for the job. Every project starts with a conversation about your goals, your land, and your budget.
Here’s a look at the core services we offer families and landowners throughout the Wartrace, TN area and beyond.
