Honesty in every estimate and every conversation about construction permitting, timelines, and cost
A home builder that shows up on time, works honestly, and builds to last. Heath Construction has served Wartrace, TN and Middle Tennessee for more than two decades.
Heath Construction started over 24 years ago when our owner’s father laid the foundation for a company built on hard work and quality craftsmanship. What began as one man’s dedication to doing the job right grew into a trusted name across Wartrace and the surrounding countryside.
Our owner grew up on that same foundation, working alongside his dad from a young age and learning the trade from the ground up. By high school he was already hands-on with projects, and after graduating in 2020, he stepped into the business full-time.
Today, Heath Construction remains family-run and community-focused. We’ve grown steadily by keeping our promises to homeowners across Middle Tennessee, one custom home, one addition, and one outdoor space at a time.
For more than two decades, we’ve served Wartrace, TN and the surrounding communities with custom home building, home additions, and outdoor living construction, always staying true to that same foundation of hard work and craftsmanship.
Every custom home construction project we take on, from new home construction to shop construction, is guided by the same standards. These aren’t slogans we hang on a wall. They shape how we bid jobs, schedule crews, and talk with clients.
Homeowners hire a construction company expecting quality work. What keeps them recommending Heath Construction to friends and family is how we handle the details in between: the phone calls returned, the plans explained clearly, and the site left clean when the crew wraps up.
Whether we’re framing a custom home, adding a bathroom, or pouring a patio, the same three things guide our crew on site.
Every project, whether it’s a custom home, a kitchen addition, or a detached garage, moves through the same straightforward process. Here’s what to expect when you bring your plans to Heath Construction.
If you’re planning a custom home, an addition, or a new outdoor living space anywhere from Wartrace to Murfreesboro, we’d like to hear about it. Reach out today and let’s talk through your goals, your timeline, and what it takes to build it right.
A home should reflect who you are.
“For every house is built by someone, but the builder of all things is God.”
